When I arrived in Florence back in 2016, I was simply looking for work, and that’s how I stumbled upon a job in a Sicilian regional cuisine. Little did I know at the time that this experience would ignite a strong passion for gastronomy within me, one that would ultimately change the course of my life.

I found myself constantly drawn to the kitchen, intrigued by the endless possibilities and the artistry of creating dishes that not only tasted delicious but also looked beautiful. And so, I decided to pursue my passion for cooking on a professional level.

In 2020, I enrolled in the Cordon Bleau school of culinary arts to study the basics of cooking, eager to learn all that I could about this fascinating and ever-evolving world. I also had the opportunity to continue my training through an internship in a Michelin-starred kitchen, where I honed my skills and developed a deep appreciation for the art of cooking.

For me, cooking is more than just a job or a hobby, it’s a way of life. I approach each dish with a careful attention to detail, seeking the perfect balance of flavors and textures to create something truly special. I take pride in using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, and I always strive to infuse my dishes with a unique and memorable twist.

But perhaps the greatest joy of cooking is the ability to bring people together, to create moments of shared happiness and connection through food. Seeing the joy on people’s faces as they taste my dishes fills me with an indescribable sense of fulfillment, and it is this joy that drives me to continue pursuing my passion with love and dedication.
