My name is Amelia and I am a Florentine through and through. Cooking has always been a big part of my life and I am so grateful to have learned the craft from my beloved grandmother. To this day, I can still taste the delicious flavors of her cooking and they hold a very special place in my heart.

For many years, my husband and I have run a hotel in a popular tourist town, where I have always been drawn to traditional home cooking. I believe that food is not just a necessity, but a way of connecting with others, sharing stories, and creating new memories. Cooking has the ability to bring people together and I have always been passionate about creating delicious dishes that leave a lasting impression on those who try them.
