Itinerary

Leg 1 :
Meeting at Piazza dei Cavalleggeri (9:30 am)

Gather at the designated meeting point in Florence to start the tour.

Leg 2 :
Travel to the Florentine countryside

Journey to a picturesque farmhouse surrounded by lush landscapes.

Leg 3 :
Introduction to pizza history

An Italian classic, which will enable you to learn how to make the dough you need to prepare three different types of delicacies.

Leg 4 :
Hands-on pizza-making lesson

Firstly, we will discuss the various types of dough and how you make them, how to cook them in both a wood oven like ours, and yours at home. Our first course will be a classic tomato bruschetta, a typical delicacy Italians use as a starter. Secondly, we will move on to another classic the ' Focaccia ', and finally the queen, Pizza: you will make it yourself by using our own land products.

Leg 5 :
Savor your pizza creation

All food will be paired with Chianti wine or - if you prefer to have it the Italian way - a nice cold beer. Last but not least, we will have a delicious dessert.

Leg 6 :
Return to Florence

Head back to the starting point with newfound pizza-making skills to share with your loved ones.
